Lenovo has announced and launched yet another tablet to its flagship Yoga series & it is code named as Lenovo Yoga 8. This tablet is available in two variants viz; Wifi Only & 3G ready with support for micro SIM. The 3G ready model gives you the liberty to use data on the go from your service provider. This tablet is available online at the price starting from $ 249 which is approx Pounds 156 and approx Rs. 15600/-. Lenovo Yoga 8 sports a 8 Inch IPS LCD Capacitive touch screen with multi touch. The WXGA display of this tablet packs in a resolution of 1280 x 800 Pixels, ~189 ppi pixels density, 16 M Colours. Dimensionally Lenovo Yoga 8 is pretty slim as it measures 213 x 144 x 7.3 mm (8.39 x 5.67 x 0.29 in). In case of weight there is only marginal difference between the two variants viz; Wifi Only 401 gms (14.15 oz) & 3G model 404 gms (14.25 oz). Lenovo Yoga 8 comes in only one colour option viz; Gray. The multimedia aspect features 3.5 mm Audio Jack, Stereo Speakers & it boasts of Dolby Digital Plus Sound Enhancement. Lenovo has provided a Built in 3 stage kick stand by which you can keep it standing like a monitor screen or you can even lay it down inclined on the ground. Under the skin of this sleek tablet is packed a Quadcore 1.2 GHz Cortex A7 Processor, Mediatek MTK8125 Chipset, 1 GB RAM. Technically this tablet will be good in multi tasking and gaming. The internal memory stacked in this tablet comes in two variants viz; 16 GB / 32 GB & further Lenovo has added a microSD card slot that supports upto 64 GB card. Lenovo Yoga 8 will come out of the box with Android OS v4.2 (Jelly Bean). The data connectivity aspect of Lenovo Yoga 8 features Wifi, Bluetooth v4.0, microUSB v2.0, USB on-the-go. To find your way on the Google Maps this tablet holds within it GPS with support for A GPS. Recording your memory on the go will be more fun with a 5 MP Primary camera on the rear panel which clicks images of resolution 2592 x 1936 Pixels & records videos. There is a 1.6 MP HD Secondary camera on the front panel of this tablet for video chatting. Behind the rear panel of Lenovo Yoga 8 sits a Non Removable 6000 mAh Li-ion battery.
