OPPO N1 QUADCORE 5.9 INCH 13 MP ROTATING CAMERA FULL SMARTPHONE SPECIFICATIONS
Chinese Electronic Giant Oppo has announced yet another smartphone with some great specifications which is codenamed as Oppo N1 and is expected to hit the stores at a retail price of approx $ 570 / approx Pounds 355 / approx Rupees 35700/-. This smartphone features a 5.9 Inch IPS LCD Capacitive touch screen with multi touch. The display is super sensitive and allows you to use it with gloves on & even with a pen or pencil. The display of Oppo N1 looks brilliant in full HD as it packs in a resolution of 1080 x 1920 Pixels, ~373 ppi pixels density, 16 M Colours. On the front panel there are three capacitive touch buttons for Back, Home and Menu. Dimensionally this smartphone measures 170.7 x 82.6 x 9 mm (6.72 x 3.25 x 0.35 in), it is a bit heavier as it weighs 213 gms (7.51 oz) & there are two flavours to select your very own Oppo N1 viz; Black & White. The area below the camera on the rear panel is touch sensitive. The feature is called O-Touch and depending on the gesture that you make, the phone can either play next song, browse the web or do a custom action. For example you can long touch the back of the phone while the came app is on and it will take a shot with the front facing camera. The supported gestures are long press, sliding and tapping. One disappointing feature in this Oppo N1 is that it supports 3G network and not 4G / LTE network. Technically Oppo has packed in this smartphone a Quadcore 1.7 Ghz Krait 300 Processor, Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 Chipset, Adreno 320 GPU, 2 GB RAM. Oppo N1 comes in two variants in terms of internal memory viz; 16 GB & 32 GB and another disappointment is the lack of microSD card slot. Oppo has developed its very own Color OS based on Android OS v4.2 (Jelly Bean) and this smartphone comes out of the box with this new OS. The data connectivity aspect of Oppo N1 is generously loaded with Wifi, Wifi Direct, Wifi Hotspot, DLNA, NFC, Bluetooth v4.0, microUSB v2.0, USB On-the-go. For positioning this smartphone also features GPS with A GPS. Another innovation from Oppo is the revolving rear camera. The whole module of camera rotates 206 degrees allowing it to act as front facing camera also. According to Oppo this swivel mechanism of Oppo N1 has been put through 100000 times of rotating test. This means that Oppo N1's camera can be swivelled 40 times a day for 7 years and it will still function efficiently. This 13 MP rotating Primary cum Secondary camera comes with Dual LED flash light, autofocus, geo tagging, touch focus, face detection, panorama, HDR, long exposure (upto 8 s). This Primary cum Secondary camera is capable of clicking images of 4128 x 3096 Pixels resolution & record HD videos of 1080 P @ 30 fps. Now video chatting on such a high resolution camera will be one great experience. This camera takes only 0.6 second to fire and shoot a photo. Oppo has also made a special bluetooth camera accessory dubbed O-Click. It is essentially a remote control for the camera and can operate within 50 meters away from the phone - perfect for the self group shots. The O-Click is included in the retail box of the Oppo N1. Below the back cover of this elegant looking smarthphone sits a 3160 mAh Li-ion battery.
