SAMSUNG ATIV S NEO 4.8 INCH WINDOWS PHONE 8 DUAL CORE FULL SMARTPHONE SPECIFICATIONS
South Korean electronics giant has announced a second instalment of its Windows Phone 8 smartphone which is code named as Samsung Ativ S Neo a successor of Samsung Ativ S & will compete with HTC 8XT
Samsung Ativ S Neo was announced by the South Korea's electronic giant in June 2013 & is expected to be available from Q3 of 2013. A second instalment in the Ativ series Windows Phone 8 smartphone packs in some good specifications. This is a 4G / LTE smartphone and has a support for both the networks GSM & CDMA. Samsung Ativ S Neo sports a 4.8 Inch Super Amoled Capacitive Touch Screen with multi touch. The smartphone features a HD display with a resolution of 720 x 1280 Pixels, ~306 ppi pixels density, 16 M Colours. On the dimensional front Samsung Ativ S Neo will measures 137 x 71 x 8.7 mm (5.39 x 2.80 x 0.34 in) which brings it in the category of slim smartphone, it weighs mere 135 gms (4.76 oz) & this smartphone looks very elegant in Gray colour, which is the only colour option available. Samsung Ativ S Neo features a Windows menu button at the bottom center of the front panel with two capacitive touch buttons on both sides of it viz; back & search. On the bezel it sports three button, one on the left side viz; volume control or zoom in / zoom out, while two on the right side viz; power button & dedicated camera button. On the top of the bezel is a 3.5 mm audio jack & at the bottom is microUSB slot. Just beneath the back panel it features loud speaker which gives this smartphone a very classy look. Samsung Ativ S Neo holds under the skin a Dual Core 1.4 GHz Krait Processor, Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 Chipset, Adreno 305 GPU, 1 GB RAM & this smartphone will come out of the box with Microsoft Windows Phone 8 OS pre installed. This smartphone has an internal memory of 8 GB & packs a microSD card slot with an support upto 64 GB microSD. On the data connectivity aspect it packs a Wifi, Bluetooth v3.0 with A2DP, microUSB v2.0, NFC, GPS with support for A GPS. To collect your memories on the go Samsung Ativ S Neo holds on the rear a 8 MP primary camera with LED flash light, auto focus, geo tagging which is capable of clicking images of 3264 x 2448 Pixels & record HD videos of 1080P @ 30 fps. On the front panel this smartphone sports a 1.9 MP secondary camera for video chatting. Samsung Ativ S Neo holds a Li-ion power bank of 2000 mAh.
